These core Catholic beliefs provide the platform for CatholicLeader Academy’s competency-based leadership development program. Participants are grouped by school community team, and this team-based approach collectively engages educators, administrators, students, parents, and parishes. The program, characterized by its in-place, longitudinal,
and empowering nature, includes peer coaching and a train-the-trainer approach.
CatholicLeader Academy features best practices in blended learning to ensure affordability and accessibility, resulting in a transformational school-wide impact.

4 Programs for Transforming Schools
Participating in CatholicLeader Academy is a multi-year commitment, starting with Immersion Leadership, followed by CORE Leadership the following school year. StudentLeader Academy can happen in parallel with the first two programs.
IMMERSION Leadership program
Immersion Leadership is a nine-month intensive, transformational program for school principals and key school team members. Participants expand their leadership capacity as faith-driven leaders while growing together as a team through enhanced trust and engagement. As a school team, Immersion participants develop a School Excellence Plan which encompasses all elements of a multi-year strategic plan.
CORE Leadership program
CORE Leadership is a full school team, 2-day program led by the school’s Immersion Program graduates and happens in year 2 of CatholicLeader Academy. The program brings key leadership principles and best practices to all remaining school team members, building a more collaborative team connected through shared vision, values, culture, and the sharing and deepening of our Catholic faith.
STUDENT Leadership program
StudentLeader Academy is a program designed and led by student leaders to help other students learn about core leadership values steeped in faith through engaging exercises and activities both in and outside of the classroom.
Marketing playbook
Marketing Playbook is a guided program that leads school teams through the development of a comprehensive marketing plan beginning with easy-to-use templates. The program greatly improves school messaging impact leading to accelerated enrollment growth.

Our Story
Idea Incubator
Founded in Green Bay, Wisconsin in 2014 as CatholicLink, an innovation-focused, non-profit partner with the area’s three Catholic educational institutions--St. Norbert College, Notre Dame Academy, and GRACE School System.
Addressing
Needs
In 2018, CatholicLink observed that student enrollment in its Catholic schools was declining while teacher turnover was rapidly increasing. Through prayerful guidance, in partnership with a highly experienced nationwide team of educators, faith, business and community leaders, the CatholicLeader Academy was developed.
Focused on Outcomes
CatholicLeader Academy is research-based and outcomes-focused. Its longitudinal programs develop disciples who have the courage, competencies, and connectedness to better share their talents with students and others around them, leading to vibrantly growing schools.
